Not only does our Gold Plan give you the reassurance of knowing that you are getting the best care for your eyes, but it also helps you spread the cost of routine appointments throughout the year.

Price

Only £8 per month by direct debit with no joining fee. A minimum of 12 months subscription applies.

Advanced Eye Exams

One yearly eye examination with hospital grade technology. Includes Rexxam (Japan) refracting, Optomap and Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT).

Contact lens Fittings & Aftercare

Includes new soft lens fittings and routine contact lens check. Excludes gas permeable and specialist lens fittings.

Emergency Appointments

You must already be on the plan to access this service. Includes MECS based appointments.

Gold Plan Terms and Conditions
  1. Registered patients can access our gold plan professional services at no additional charge.
  2. A minimum of a 12-month direct debit subscription applies. There is no joining fee or cancelation/leaving fee.
  3. Should a patient need to cancel before the 12-month subscription period, the outstanding monthly fees can be paid in cash.
  4. Sydney Goldwyn reserves the right to withdraw or change services at any time. Should we decide to withdraw services, you will be notified one month prior.
  5. Gold plan patients can access our services during our normal opening hours. Out of hours services are not included.
  6. In cases of emergency appointments patients can cross between our Shipley and Otley practices.

  8. Registered patients are entitled to one advanced/enhanced eye examination every year.
  9. Follow-up appointments and scans are included in the Gold Plan membership.
  10. This is a personal plan and family members are not covered by any of the services offered.
  11. Sydney Goldwyn reserves the right to refuse access to these services should there be a valid reason.
  12. Sydney Goldwyn will not be held responsible if a patient experiences a delay or limitations in the provision of services that are beyond our control.
